Every garment you hold is born from a slower rhythm—woven entirely by hand, with deep intention and soul.

Because we stand for conscious fashion, we also stand firmly by the communities that make it possible. A massive part of our mission is supporting the livelihoods of the traditional weavers who depend on Madhuu. Each intricate Jamdani motif and structural Dhaar line represents hours—sometimes days—of dedicated, meticulous human handwork.

To honor their craft and the raw elegance of these handwoven textiles, we follow an Exchange-Only policy and do not offer standard returns.

When a piece is returned and refunded, the vast time, energy, and soulful labor invested by a weaver in that specific creation loses its path. By opting for exchanges instead, we ensure that the continuous cycle of conscious craftsmanship and artisan livelihood remains protected, respected, and sustainable.

How Our Exchanges Work:

We want you to feel absolute comfort and grace in your Madhuu ensemble. If you experience an issue with sizing or fit, we are more than happy to help you exchange it for a perfect fit or a different piece from our collection.

• Timeline: Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

• Condition: To be eligible, the garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with the tags intact.

• The Beauty of Imperfection: Please note that the texture, softness, and slight irregularities in our Handspun and handwoven premium muslin are natural signatures of the human hand. These are not flaws, but beautiful markers of authenticity that make your garment entirely unique.
